The customer service was amazing, I was a little short on an order because a price went down over Black Friday weekend so my order no longer qualified for free shipping because it wasn't $50+ anymore, a customer care representative helped me (on chat) adjust the price just a tad, & I will never forget that. I was able to order it. :) I also appreciate the fact that even though one of my two items ended up not being in stock, I was refunded almost immediately. Hard to find that kind of customer service anymore. When my other item came in (a sconce), it was absolutely beautiful. When you are stressed out moving into a new house trying to get it together & buying all the things you need, you can't beat a company willing to work with you & work around your busy life. I used this site to buy a ceiling and pendant light for my kitchen, and more recently a wall sconce for my bathroom. The site is easy to use with tons of products to look at. Delivery was great, lights exactly what I expected. I had to return the bathroom light, the size wasn't right, and customer service was outstanding. I spoke to 3 different people over time who all went out of their way to make the process convenient for me. Great reliable site.
