"Great selection, especially if you're picky about lighting"
As someone who gets weirdly particular about how a room is lit, I was impressed by how many options I found on lightingdirect.com. I only went there looking for a ceiling light, but ended up saving a few other styles for later because there were so many good ones. It was easy to compare different looks and prices without feeling overwhelmed. Really solid selection overall, and I’d definitely use them again

"Nice light, but I was a bit wary at first"
I’ll be honest, I don’t fully trust online lighting purchases anymore after a few things arriving looking cheaper than the photos. But this ceiling light was actually a pleasant surprise. It feels solid, the finish is clean, and there aren’t any flimsy bits that make it seem low quality. It looks better up than I expected. I’d probably buy from lightingdirect.com again, though I’d still check the details carefully before ordering

I was a little nervous about ordering a light online, but it showed up right on time and the box looked great. Everything inside was packed super securely, and I was so relieved to find there wasn’t a single bit of damage.

"Return was painless, even if the light was a miss"
I ordered a ceiling light from Lighting Direct and thought it looked great at first, but once it was up in our hallway it somehow didn’t work at all. The return form was simple enough to fill out, although I always find returns a bit annoying no matter how easy they make them. They replied quickly, which was a nice surprise.
The refund showed up a few days after they got it back, so I didn’t have to chase anyone or argue about random fees. I was relieved, though part of me still wishes the light had just looked right and saved me the hassle. Overall, I’d probably use them again.

"Everything I ordered showed up correctly —..."
Everything I ordered showed up correctly — the light fixture and bulbs matched what was listed on the site, and the packaging was totally fine. The only downside was that it took longer to arrive than I expected. Since there weren’t any missing or damaged items, I’m generally happy with the order, but I do think some kind of small credit or compensation for the delay would be fair.

"Pretty good prices and decent value"
I found the lights here for cheaper than other places, so it was worth it for the money. Overall, a good buy.
